Pickling Peppers: No Water Bath

So here is 1 way to pickle peppers without having to use a canner or pressure canner. You do have to store them in the fridge after you are done and will last about 4 months from what I have read/seen. So this way is good for smaller amounts of canning that you will eat soon anyways.
